20 New Government Agencies to Embrace Technology as a tool to Engage Trade Stakeholders

Twenty government entities with responsibility for import and export are expected to be onboarded to the platform Jamaica Electronic Single Window for Trade (JSWIFT).

JSWIFT is a one-stop-shop facility designed to provide fully automated services to enable traders and their representatives to transact all attendant business engagements online through a single portal, thereby having access to the services provided by all cross-border regulatory agencies.

The project falls under the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce and is supported by the Public Sector Transformation and Modernisation Programme (PSTMP) in the Office of the Cabinet.
