3.4 Development of capacity for SHRMD

A central aspect of the role of the SHRMD  will involve  the formulation and promulgation of  policies across the public sector. It will be the entity charged with strategic HR planning for the sector and a critical aspect of its function will involve  the analysis of HR data to inform policy and programme development. The purpose of this project is to provide training for SHRMD employees in these areas to ensure they are equipped to carry them out effectively.
