3.7 Change Management Training for Senior Managers
In order for entities to be transformed or reorganized in whatever way is decided managers need to be versed and competent in change management so that they can lead the process effectively. This project is the continuation of a very successful change management training programme for senior managers to which over 500 managers and senior officials have already been exposed, including Permanent Secretaries.
